Apartment is in a nice convenient location, the blue line station is about 5 mins away walking, and the Milwaukee, Kimball, Diversey bus stops are only a block away. The neighborhood is quiet with street parking available. Management is responsive and reasonable. Older 2nd floor walk up, apt. gets great sunlight in the afternoon. Place is modest, hardwood floors big windows, equipped kitchen, coin laundry in basement and a porch for a little extra storage.

Available room is 109 sq ft, about 12×9 with a high ceiling with fan and corner window. A/C unit available.

Who we are looking for-

someone 30 years of age or older preferred, knows how to keep a clean house and has experience at co-living,(conscientious, responsible, considerate etc.) A clean, safe, and comfortable home environment should be important to you, no pets unfortunately.
